The Tuscan architect Alessandro Pulina, together with the Sant’Anna Institute of Pisa, through LAB11, has developed a strategy to use biotechnological materials in pleasure boating and thus giving his own contribution also through an innovative eco-sustainable design.
It is increasingly urgent to accelerate and get closer to actual solutions that will play a role to save our planet from a wild pollution which is seriously jeopardizing the future of future generations. The major nautical players know this very well and, in a sector with a difficult green approach, they are spending resources and energy on targeted investments that support research in the right direction to give a strong and huge contribution to environmental protection. The objective set by the UN Agenda and the EU Green Deal of climate neutrality by 2050 is clear to everyone, an ambition that is necessary and which cannot be neclected.
